Start by checking your air filter. Replacing or cleaning it regularly helps your A/C system run more efficiently and keeps your energy bills in check. If your lease includes lawn care, try to mow regularly and water in the early morning or late evening (and always follow any local watering restrictions).

This time of year is also when bugs make their grand appearance. Keep an eye out for ants, spiders, and other pests, and seal off any gaps or cracks where they might sneak in. If you notice a problem, don’t hesitate to let us know.
