My roommates and I have rented from several property management agencies around the Tyler area; however all have paled in comparison to CPM. They have friendly, charismatic, and intelligent staff that go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly. When we first moved in we were greeted with a gift bag full of goodies to get us through our unpacking process. They provided a folder packed with phone numbers and reference guides which provided us with so much comfort for those just Incase moments. Any maintenance requests we had were very promptly addressed. I would highly recommend CPM.
