About Our Guarantees
Yes. The 90-day Money Back Guarantee means if you’re not happy with our service within the first 90 days, we refund all management fees paid during that time. No partial refunds, no conditions — the full amount back.
Your management fee for that unit is waived for that month. The Response Guarantee applies to business hours. We track our response times and take this seriously — it’s built into how our team operates.
Emergency maintenance — anything that poses an immediate risk to the property or tenant safety, like a burst pipe, no heat in winter, or an electrical hazard — we handle immediately. Everything else that exceeds $500 requires your approval before work begins.
