Online payment, due dates, and late fees
Online Payment (Preferred): Log in to your Tenant Portal to pay rent electronically. You can pay via ACH bank transfer or debit/credit card. You can also set up autopay for convenience.
When Is Rent Due? Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the grace period specified in your lease are subject to a late fee.
How to submit, what to expect, and emergency procedures
Non-Emergency Requests: Submit all maintenance requests through your Tenant Portal. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible. Our maintenance team, led by Wes Driver, will coordinate the repair and keep you updated.
What to Expect: Most requests are responded to within 24 hours. Our vetted local contractors handle all repairs. You’ll be notified when a contractor is scheduled to visit your property.
Requirements, application process, fees, and timelines
Application Process: Every adult (18+) who will occupy the property must submit a separate application with a non-refundable $45.00 fee. Applications typically process within 24–48 hours.

After Approval: Security deposit must be paid within 2 hours of approval. Lease contract must be signed within 3 business days. CPM recommends physically viewing the property before applying.
Approved pets, deposit amounts, screening requirements
Pet allowances vary by property. Every approved pet must have a profile at CPM.PetScreening.com. Share results to Leasing@conquestrentals.com. Pet screening costs $20 for the first pet, $15 for each additional.

Requirement: All tenants must carry liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) for damage to the landlord’s property during the lease term. CPM must be named as an interested party on the policy.
