• Set-up and maintain the utilities in your name. This includes water, gas, electric, sewer, trash/recycling and any others that may be applicable in your area.
• Take care of the lawn and landscaping during your lease. This includes mowing, fertilizing, watering, edging of the grass, weeding, and trimming bushes/trees as needed.

What Can I Do Here?

Once you become a tenant of Conquest Property Management, you will be able to set up access to your Online Portal. In your Online Portal you will be able to:
