They have taken care of any problems that might arise in an efficient and timely manner. Renting a property for your college student remotely from 3 hours away can be stressful — how about seamless and smooth! This has been our experience with Conquest Property Management since our first phone call. Ashley was so helpful with my many phone calls. It’s not easy getting 4 students together that have never met each other, but Laura has been awesome with getting all the communications to each of us and keeping each parent in the loop.
